How do I purchase?

We always have a good amount of stock on hand in the Studio for immediate delivery. Call or email to check availability.

How long do orders take to complete?

All of our pieces are hand-crafted by us
here in our Studio in Healdsburg, CA.
Most custom orders require approximately 3-4 weeks.

Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to have your order "rushed". Depending on our production schedule, we may be able to accommodate rush requests.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders will be charged UPS rates for shipping to your location. You can choose between UPS Ground or Next Day services. Handling fees are added to each package. Packages are carefully packed and fully insured for replacement.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be assessed at 7.75% on orders shipped to California.

No sales tax will be assessed on orders shipped outside of CA.

What is your Return Policy?

As all of our items are handcrafted and custom made to order specifically for each customer, all sales are final. However, undamaged items may be returned within 2 weeks of delivery for an exchange only.

Please contact Ceramic Design Associates prior to returning any merchandise.

Shipping costs for returned items are not refundable.
